RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy is pretty straight forward:

 

Lucent hair maintains a very high level of quality assurance. Every bundle of hair goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds exchange only .

When product is received, we allow exchanges for a 3 day period. The hair has to be unmodified and the tags unopened. If we sent the wrong product, we will pay the cost of exchange shipping and resend the right product.  This  policy is geared to make sure you can purchase worry free.

 

We do not accept any exchange once the hair is worn/installed/colored/bleached

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail & USPS and DHL

Delivery takes max 4 to 7 working days between the hours of 09.00 - 13.00pm, Monday - Friday.

 

All orders made after 3.00pm are likely to be processed for delivery the following day. Therefore will be received 4 working days from the day of purchase.

The list of countries for international delivery will be found on the checkout page. International Deliveries are delivered between  Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00pm. All orders made after 3.00pm are likely to be processed for delivery the following day. Furthermore if there is a slight problem with stock or order preparation (including, dyeing, washing, bleaching and other special services), the order will also be dispatched the following day, or may be delayed.
